The Industry's largest professional body, The Business Continuity Institute (thebci.org) commissioned Armstrong Continuity's CEO, Chris Oliver, to provide the a core training course aimed at helping new practitioners in the industry, better understand 'how to' issues. This first and fundamental course sets out to explain how to begin a Business Continuity Programme and write a Business Continuity Policy, two key factors required to meet good practice guidelines and international standards in business continuity management.
