Ian has brought a wealth of business and technical experience to Armstrong Continuity. He brings with him a long history of senior operational roles across multi national financial services businesses.
He has previously been a Director and Chief Operating Officer with a major financial services provider in the Channel Islands, City and Gibraltar, delivering services in response to high pressure demand.
Rachel provides Armstrong Continuity with core business services ensuring we deliver excellent customer service programmes and projects to our wide range of clients.
Located in Guernsey, Rachel has a wide range of experience in finance, public services and corporate administration.
Rachel specialises in delivering managed services in business continuity, crisis and incident management. She is a qualified Member of the Business Continuity Institute with a wide background in financial services.
Based in the UK she has worked with several well known City based multi nationals.

Chris has a long background in resilience and risk, previously being Chairman of the Membership Council, Director and Vice Chairman of the board of the Business Continuity Institute.
He was previously Chief Operating Officer of one of the world's largest continuity software providers and a Director of Corporate Continuity for national government. His career started with a services and logistics background, for which he has won several awards.
Rik has expereience in running resilience and continuity programmes and projects for businesses that operate across multiple juristictions. He has deep experience and a long career in technology, communications and resilience, especially telecomunications systems.
Rik brings those years of experience and understanding to help with large and complex programme management engagements.
Nick is Certified by the Business Continuity Institute with a wide career in engineering and project management consulting, across a range of blue chip companies.
Previously managing his own business, he has an envied reputation for delivering high end project solutions on time, target and budget that have continued to foster long term relationships with clients.
Tom held previous roles as Head of Resilience at UBS and Director of Change Management for IBM prior to joining Armstrong Continuity. His career started with KPMG, developing business analytics.
He has been instrumental at UBS in joining together change management and resilience for the global enterprise. His specialist areas of interest include strategic programme management and deployment. He started his career as a research fellow at Oxford.
Angus enjoyed a long career at a senior level in the security services before joining Armstrong Continuity, he has been closely involved in developing several secure resilience programmes for joint government agencies working over several jurisdictions.
Prior to this Angus had a services background based in general staff services, communications and strategic operations. He leads the European business interest specialising in strategic services, crisis and emergency management.
